The methodology we applied to this project is the one we use for all our work. It is divided into three stages, which are as follows:
Firstly, we conducted research and analysis. What does their logo represent? What values does the team want to convey? What symbols can embody their intentions? This initial step is crucial as it aims to clearly identify the client's needs in order to provide the best possible response.
The first step is to conduct research on the existing elements. We examine what works and what doesn't. We observe current trends and modes of representation within the field. Then, we conduct research in domains related to the project (in this case, the historical and cultural representation of ogres and American football logos).
The second step involves creating sketches and conducting initial tests. The goal is to identify three graphic directions and, through discussions with the client, choose only one to further develop in phase three.
The final step involves developing the final visual.
